Communication Partners is a program organised by Rotherham Speech and Language Therapy Department.
After training by Rotherham Speech and Language Therapy Department a volunteer will visit you at your home.
Ask My Community’s method of communication gives an on-line voice to isolated carers as well as carers who are unaware of the services and support available to them.
